1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the App operated by Iron Lady ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information, including usage analytics, to operate and improve the App.

2Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3Account Registration

To access certain features, you must have an account (typically provided through our LMS integration). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at admin@iamironlady.com

4Purchases, Enrollment & Payments

4.1 Program Enrollment

The App provides access to courses and content associated with Iron Lady programs in which you are enrolled. Program enrollment and any related purchases are completed outside the App, on the Iron Lady website or through our enrollment team — not within the App itself. The App does not sell digital content or process payments.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payments made on our website are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Program fees are subject to change with reasonable notice
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

4.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests for program purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at admin@iamironlady.com within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied.

5Course Content & Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All content in the App — including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Iron Lady or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to your active enrollment and these Terms.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or sell App content without authorization
• Record, download, or capture course videos without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use content for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Circumvent access controls, enrollment limits, or security measures

6User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Reverse engineer or scrape the App except as permitted by law

7Community Guidelines

Where community features are available, they are designed to foster positive interaction. Users must:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism
• Keep discussions relevant and constructive
• Refrain from sharing confidential or proprietary information
• Report violations of these guidelines

8User Content

8.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post where posting features are available. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App and related services as needed to operate them.

8.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove user content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

9App Analytics & Monitoring

We collect usage and diagnostic data as described in our Privacy Policy, including login activity, screen usage, course interactions, and crash reports. This helps us maintain security, provide support, and improve the App. By using the App, you consent to this collection and use as described in our Privacy Policy.

Authorized Iron Lady personnel may access analytics dashboards containing user activity data for legitimate operational purposes. Such access is restricted and subject to confidentiality obligations.

10Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Course content is for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Lady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Iron Lady, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13Termination & Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Danger Zone → Delete My Account in the App, by visiting our Account Deletion page, or by contacting admin@iamironlady.com.

Upon termination or deletion:

• Your right to access the App will cease
• We may delete your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

16Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

17Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Account Deletion policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Iron Lady regarding use of the App.
